Lynette Collins
NP
Nurse Collins has been with DCHC since 2009. She has practiced acute, chronic and minor urgent care for prenatal women, she has performed ongoing and comprehensive health assessments, promoted wellness and preventative care, and she has managed acute and chronic illness.
An accomplished educator, Nurse Collins is a member of several professional organizations. She is a member of the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the National Organization for Nurse Practitioner Faculties, the New Orleans District Nurses Association, the American Nurses Association, and the Louisiana State Nurses Association.
Nurse Collins earned her master's degree in nursing from the LSU Medical Center, her bachelor's in nursing from Loyola University New Orleans, and her diploma in nursing from the Touro Infirmary School of Nursing.
