Outpatient Medication Assisted Treatment for Opioid Addiction
Get help with breaking the addiction cycle
DCHC’s Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) program helps provide personalized, responsive and supportive care throughout the recovery journey of patients to help lower the rate of
drug-related deaths. Our team utilizes the latest medical and behavioral interventions to help patients reach their goals of long lasting recovery and good health.
DCHC’s behavioral health specialists also treat other substance use disorders through a holistic approach involving individual therapy, and medications if warranted.
Holistic treatment options include:
- An array of medication treatment options
- Medication management and group therapy for addiction and mental health
- Basic medical and dental care
- Referrals for all patient needs
Patients are supported through a team of mental health professionals including doctors, clinical social workers and counselors, peer support specialists and medical assistants. Most individuals with substance use disorders also have mental health difficulties that require treatment. In this case, psychiatrists and nurse practitioners work together to treat the patient.
Most patients are able to be seen within 24-72 hours from the time of their initial call. Telehealth and in-person appointments are available. Patients requiring a higher level of treatment can be referred to medical detox, intensive outpatient treatment, as well as residential facilities.
