Ms. Dubinsky has been with DCHC since 2013, proving preventative care and helping to manage acute and chronic medical conditions. She has also focused on providing health education. Ms. Dubinsky has also worked with Ochsner and the University of South Alabama Women's and Children's Hospital.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the Academy of Family Practice Physician Assistants, and the Louisiana Association of Physician Assistants. Ms. Dubinsky is certified for basic life support, advanced cardiac life support, and HIV prevention counseling and rapid testing.
Ms. Dubinsky received her Master of Health Sciences in physician assistant studies from the University of South Alabama and her bachelor's degree in sociology and economics from New College of Florida. She also holds a master's degree in labor studies from the University of Massachusetts.
