Nurse Kaiser comes from the high desert of Central Oregon. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing in family nurse practitioner from Columbia University, her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pace University, and her Bachelor of Arts in international studies from Portland State University. Nurse Kaiser is a member of the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Association of Providers of AIDS Care.

Nurse Kaiser loves to bike around New Orleans with friends, she loves to garden, and she loves to dance. She is a member of Dancing Grounds Dance Studio and dances with the Lady Rollers Second Line. Nurse Kaiser lives in New Orleans with her husband and mother. Her sister, brother and nieces still live in Oregon, but they love to visit New Orleans.
