New Orleans - Ascension DePaul Services (ADS) and DePaul Community Health Centers (DCHC) are thrilled to announce the appointment of Matthew Picard as the Vice President of Mission Integration.
With a strong foundation in organizational leadership, mission-driven values, and a deep commitment to the care of others, Matthew brings a wealth of expertise and a deep commitment to serving communities. In his new role, Picard will play a pivotal part in furthering the orgnizations’ collective mission to provide accessible and high-quality health care services to individuals and families in need.
Picard graduated from the University of Holy Cross with a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and went on to earn his Master of Science in Management. Throughout his career, Picard has demonstrated a steadfast dedication to fostering a sense of purpose, spirituality, and cultural sensitivity within organizational cultures. His proven track record makes him an invaluable addition to the organization.
In his role as Vice President of Mission Integration, Picard will champion the entities’ mission, values, and ethics, foster a cohesive community, provide leadership in orientation and formation, promote spirituality among associates, advocate for diversity and inclusion, and contribute to hiring decisions.
